Strengthening the Foundations for Growth: Beta Sigma and the HEVA x CREA Fund

Beta Sigma recently participated in the five-day HEVA x CREA Fund workshop in Nairobi, attended by our Chief of Staff, Desmond, and Chief Financial Officer, Edwin. The programme brought together creative enterprises from diverse sectors to strengthen their business and financial readiness. The workshop reinforced the importance of understanding our numbers, managing costs, strengthening operations and making informed decisions for sustainable growth. The experience provided practical insights that we are taking back into the business as we continue to strengthen our systems, identify opportunities and build for the future.
